We realise this is not always going to be the case but by asking certain questions and asking for certain criteria we feel we are giving the company the best chance to succeed. It is also important to point out that by reducing company overheads such as unsuccessful site visits we can offer a more efficient and cost effective service to our ongoing customers.

A: If possible we ideally need:
A completed brochure request form - This way we will know specific details about the event covering topics such as geography, size, budget, type etc.
We need to know the date of your event, venue location and some detail about the type of marquee equipment you are looking for. Once we have this information we can arrange for someone to come out to the site and meet you.
At meetings we can bring additional pictures, physical sample swatches and look into computer designed marquee layouts so if you can find the time to complete a request form it will be a great benefit to your event plans.
